Cincinnati Bengals star QB Joe Burrow left last night’s 34-20 loss to the Baltimore Ravens with a wrist injury.
Bengals Head Coach Zac Taylor said that Burrow suffered the a sprain to his wrist during the game.
“It looks like he sprained his wrist,” Taylor said. “So, he fell on it early in the game and felt it on the touchdown pass.”
Jake Browning replaced Burrow in the game. The undrafted Browning beat out Trevor Siemian in the preseason for the backup QB position.
Burrow completed 11 of 17 passes for 101 yards with a touchdown pass before leaving the game.
Prior to the game, Burrow was seen with a a brace on his throwing hand while entering the stadium.
