President Joe Biden has been all over the news for the past 24 hours as the Russia and Ukraine continue to wage war. While it is assumed that Biden is a supporter of the Ukraine, the president has been accused by both Democrats and Republicans for not taking swift and aggressive action against Russia.

Earlier this evening, Biden did institute more strict sanctions against Russia, but many believe that a use of military force is what is needed. The U.S. economy is expected to be directly impact by the conflict between Russia and the Ukraine, as oil prices will surge in the coming weeks. Biden also has to decide whether or not to tap into global reserves in order to keep oil prices down so U.S. citizens do not have to pay for outrageous prices at the pump.

So who’s side is Biden actually on? He appears to lack the aggression to thwart a Russian takeover of the Ukraine with military action. Despite the sanctions imposed on Russia, Vladimir Putin seems unphased as he continues his decimation of the Ukraine.

Below you will find President Biden’s most recent tweet to the world about the conflict, and as you can see from the comments on the tweet that his audience is split in terms of how he is handling the situation.
