It is win-win, if he wins the bet Jimmy’s Famous Seafood located in Baltimore Maryland will rename their name to ‘Dave’s Famous Seafood’ for one week and if he ‘loses’ the bet they get to pick any Baltimore business for the Barstool Fund to help.
