Yesterday, Major League Baseball commissioner Rob Manfred cancelled the first two weeks of the regular season after the league and players union didn’t come to an agreement for a new CBA.

However, three notable and big baseball fans are not having it as Frank ‘the Tank’ Fleming, Coach Duggs, and Jersey Jerry of Barstool Sports were protesting the league’s lockout outside the MLB headquarters in New York.

With signs that read, ‘Manfraud Out,’ ‘We Want Baseball Not Manfraud’ and ‘Rob Manfred Hates Baseball,’ let’s say the reaction didn’t turn out the way they hoped as all three were handcuffed by the NYPD.

Unless they arrested The Tank and others for not having a permit or other stuff, it is a bit hypocritical for NYPD to detain them as there is literally another protest across the street about unions.

Either Manfred was pissed off at the backlash and protest, or it was someone from the league office that ordered them to be in handcuffs, it is very soft for that to happen to Frank, Duggs, and Jerry.

Hopefully the league and players will come to a deal soon, or there will be more protests like this very soon for the rest of the season.
