Twitter was at a buzz today after the beloved former NBA Sixth Man of the Year(and Twitter favorite) Jamal Crawford asked his fans to name the top five players with the prettiest-looking jump shot in league history. Fans were quickly naming current players like Stephen Curry and Devin Booker on their list. Without a doubt, those players have sweet-looking strokes but if we dig deeper and analyze form and production, there are a lot of guys in the league who were lethal at their craft all while looking good with their respective strokes.

Some fans had a first and second team of good-looking jump shots from current and former players, while some had a good laugh as they chose the ones who had unconventional but effective jumpers.

Without looking at percentages, we gathered a list of players who had great-looking jumpers equipped in their game throughout their respective careers.

Ray Allen is widely regarded as one of the greatest three-point shooters in NBA history. Throughout his 18-year career, he showcased exceptional shooting accuracy from beyond the arc. Allen’s smooth shooting stroke and quick release made him a constant threat from long range. He won two NBA championships (one with the Boston Celtics and another with the Miami Heat) and was a ten-time All-Star. He has a unique form on his jump shot, which was both deadly and effective throughout his career in the league.

Klay Thompson is known for his remarkable shooting ability and has been an integral part of the Golden State Warriors success. His three-point shooting accuracy has been a crucial factor in the team’s championship runs. Thompson possesses a lightning-quick release and has displayed the ability to catch fire and score points in bunches. He is a four-time NBA champion and has been selected to the All-Star team numerous times.

Carmelo Anthony is a versatile scorer who has played for several teams throughout his career. While his three-point percentage may not be as high as some of the other players on this list, Anthony has always been a prolific scorer. He has a knack for creating his own shot and has shown the ability to make difficult shots from beyond the arc. His array of moves on the perimeter and down the block often resulted in a smooth-looking jumper that was nearly unguardable in his time in the league.

Kyle Korver is widely recognized as one of the premier three-point shooters in NBA history. His shooting form and accuracy have made him a lethal threat from long range. Korver has consistently posted high three-point percentages throughout his career and has been a reliable shooter for multiple teams. He has earned a reputation as a hardworking player who consistently improves his shooting skills. Korver has been named an All-Star once as a member of the Atlanta Hawks.

Larry Bird is considered one of the greatest basketball players of all time and is renowned for his scoring ability. Although the three-point shot was not as prevalent during his era, Bird was an exceptional long-range shooter. He possessed a high basketball IQ and a remarkable shooting touch, which allowed him to excel from beyond the arc. Bird’s shooting ability, combined with his versatility and competitive nature, made him a three-time NBA champion and a twelve-time All-Star. His form may not be too sexy to look at, especially in today’s generation, but back in the 1980s, his jumper was considered the prettiest one in the league.
