Don’t you love when good people succeed? That’s the case right now for Jake Witt who is from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and recently crushed his NFL Pro Day – ranking 11th all time in terms of athletic ability.
Jake Witt is a OT prospect in the 2023 draft class. He scored a 9.92 RAS out of a possible 10.00. This ranked 11 out of 1233 OT from 1987 to 2023.

I actually played HS basketball against Witt and I’ll say right away that he is one of the nicest people, an athletic freak, and isn’t scared to grind! He lacks on the weight size of everything but in reality look at those scores.
Jake could possibly be the diamond in the rough.
“I was a tight end for two years on the team,” Witt said. “That was originally my natural position at my size. At the time, I was 6-foot-7, 265 pounds. With my previous basketball experience, my hand-eye coordination was good for the position.”
“Midway through the Ferris State game, we had an injury on the line,” Witt said. “We had to shift things around and I ended up having to play right tackle for that game.”
Since then Witt hasn’t looked back. A possibly pro football career is ahead of him – especially with how he performed at his Pro Day.
He has talked with Chicago:
