Former Jacksonville Jaguars employee, Amit Patel, is being accused of stealing more than $22 million from the franchise from 2019 to 2023 by exploiting the organization’s virtual credit card program.

Patel is reported to have used the money to purchase two vehicles, a condominium, a designer watch worth over $95,000, and chartered personal jets.

Patel also allegedly used the stolen money on online gambling and for the purchase of cryptocurrency. He also used the money for personal luxuries, like concert tickets and spa treatments.

Patel faces charges of wire fraud and illegal monetary transactions. The amount of money that he is accused of stealing from the Jaguars is $22,221,454.40.
