It took him 96 career games to do it, but over in London, England Sunday, the unthinkable has happened for Detroit Lions, Las Vegas Raiders and Jacksonville Jaguars fans.

Jaguars defensive back Nevin Lawson finally got his first career interception off Miami Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa late in the third quarter.

Lawson only has one career defensive touchdown that came in 2017 with Detroit, as he returned a fumble for a touchdown against the Cleveland Browns.

Though he has been in the league since being drafted by the Lions in 2014, he has struggled to get that footing and pick. But nice to see him actually do get the interception even if they are at a neutral site overseas.

Let’s hope he gets interception #2 before he hangs up the cleats.
