Here we go fam. It may not be October, but the MLB Playoffs have arrived, and with a stud matchup on Day 1. Two of the best pitchers in the game. Shane Bieber is a leading contender for the AL MVP, and Cole was obviously the biggest FA signing in all of sports this offseason.
Cole has had his ups & downs this year, especially with the homers, but he’s still boasting a 2.84 ERA and 7-3 record. Not too shabby!
Bieber has been the best pitcher in baseball this year, but to be honest I’m not that worried. The Yanks got hot at the perfect moment, we got all of our injured players back, and this is why we signed Gerrit Cole in the first place, to win games like this.
