Georgia Bulldogs Get Commitment From The Best Player In The 2024 Recruiting Class

Written by Tony Ghaul

The Georgia Bulldogs have the undisputed kings of college football the last two seasons.

The Bulldogs ended an over four-decade national championship drought when they won it all in 2022. They came back and did it all again in 2023 and are the favorites to complete the three-peat in 2024.

Georgia just picked up a commitment from 2024 five-star QB Dylan Raiola on Monday. Raiola is the top-ranked player in the entire 2024 class according to 247Sports.

Raiola is a 6-foot-3, 228 pound QB, who checks all the boxes. 247Sports analyst Chris Singletary said of Raiola, he has the ability to drive the ball with velocity regardless of the weather conditions and a fluid throwing motion that does not possess any flaws or hitches.

Raiola can make all the throws within the route-tree to make plays when he is in the pocket or on the move. His ability to change ball speeds allows him to make throws into different windows with trajectory to get to the receiver at a high level.

Raiola initially committed to Ohio State University. But he decommitted in December and Georgia beat out the Buckeyes, USC, Nebraska and a host of others

Raiola’s father Dominic was an All-American center for the Nebraksa Cornhuskers. He then spent 14 years with the Detroit Lions in the NFL.
