Former NBA Player Glen “Big Baby” Davis Loses His Drug Empire

Written by AJ

You heard that right! Former NBA player Glen “Big Baby” Davis was reportedly arrested and charged back in early February for seven counts of drug possession and distribution.

Davis was caught at an Hampton Inn in Aberdeen, Maryland, on Feb. 7 after police responded to a complaint about an odor of marijuana coming from his room. When the hotel manager knocked on his door, someone in the room told the owner to “Fuck off”.

Aberdeen Police said that when officers entered the room they found marijuana, and a lot of it. In fact, they found 126 grams of marijuana, $92,164 and “a ledger that contained language which is consistent with someone involved in the sale and distribution of narcotics.”

The strains of which were found were, “Sour D” and “Berry,” all came from an LA wholesaler that Davis said he had business with.

I wish I could be making this up, but I’m not. Like you were in decent shape until you told that to the hotel manager.. Obviously Davis’s $35 Million he made while in the NBA just was not enough.

Big Baby Davis, 32, has some serious explaining to do, as he is schedule to show up to court some time in April.

Davis had eight seasons in the NBA and even won the 2008 NBA Championship with the Boston Celtics. Following the years with the Celtics, he played with the Orlando Magic then got moved to the Los Angeles Clippers.
