Written by Doug Rush

The Chicago Bears are set to interview former Miami Dolphins head coach Brian Flores for their head coaching vacancy.

24 hours ago, Brian Flores was one of the most surprising coaches fired on Black Monday. Teams aren’t wasting time trying to get him in for an interview.

The Chicago Bears are set to interview Flores for their head coaching job.

Flores is the latest of the head coaching candidates for the Bears; they requested to talk to Leslie Frazier, Todd Bowles and Byron Leftwich. They also are going to interview former Eagles Super Bowl winning head coach Doug Pederson.

Flores went 19-14 with the Dolphins in the last two seasons and in the last six matchups against the New England Patriots, beat Bill Belichick four of six times.

The Bears are looking for the next head coach to replace Matt Nagy, who was dismissed on Monday after four seasons.
