The Philadelphia Eagles have brought in veteran offensive tackle D.J. Fluker for a workout, as per theScore’s Jordan Schultz reported.

Fluker participated in drills at Alabama’s pro day and has reportedly lost 40 pounds.

The 32 year-old Fluker hasn’t played in an NFL game since the 2020 season with the Baltimore Ravens. A former first-round pick out of Alabama (No. 11 overall), Fluker has played in 108 career games with 96 starts.

Fluker was the Chargers first-round pick in 2013 and he went on to play for the Giants, Seahawks, and Ravens through the 2020 season. He had stints with the Dolphins, Raiders, and Jaguars in 2021, but never appeared in any regular season games.

The Eagles lost former first-round pick Andre Dillard, who signed a free agent deal with the Titans in the offseason. Bringing in a veteran offensive tackle is a good idea.
