Philadelphia Eagles LB Nakobe Dean has been diagnosed with a Lisfranc sprain, as per Mike Garafolo.
Dean will see a foot specialist to determine a course of action but he’s expected to be placed on IR.
Dean injured his foot in the first half against the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday. Dean started the game, but was part of a three-man rotation at LB with Nicholas Morrow and Zach Cunningham.
Dean spent time on the injured reserve list earlier this year after suffering a foot injury against the New England Patriots in Week 1. He was placed on IR and missed four games. Dean returned for Week 6 against the New York Jets.
Dean has 30 total tackles on the season and 0.5 sacks. Injuries have played Dean during his short time in the NFL and in college at Georgia.
