Nick Sirianni in his second year as Head Coach, led the Eagles to an NFL-best 14-3 record, an NFC East title, and put them in a position to now be just one win away from the Super Bowl.

The Associated Press released its finalists for the league’s end-of-year awards Wednesday morning and Sirianni was not listed as one of the candidates for Coach of the Year.

Instead the three finalists are Jaguars Head Coach Doug Pederson, Giants Head Coach Brian Daboll, and San Francisco 49ers Head Coach Kyle Shanahan.

It’s an absurd, surprising disrespect to the man who led the Eagles to the best record in the league in just his second year on the job while turning a question mark QB into an MVP candidate.

The Eagles are 23-11 in two years under Sirianni. He’s the second Head Coach in franchise history to lead the Eagles to the playoffs in his first two years.

I don’t know what more Sirianni could have done to be a finalist. It’s just complete disrespect.
