Drew McIntyre recently made some explosive comments on UFC star Colby Covington. Colby recently challenged the WWE Champion to a fight, and McIntyre seems eager to oblige.
McIntyre said: “Do you want an unsanctioned match in a bar fight? Not for the title, only our superstars get title shots. Anytime, anywhere that’s going to get more eyes on WWE [I’m up for]. But here’s the thing, there’s a reason there’s strict weight classes in UFC. I’m six foot five, 270 pounds legit, so if I am in a bar fight? That’s fine, I’ve got 100 pounds on the guy and when I knock him out it’ll get some buzz for WWE.”
