With teams across the NFL struggling with COVID concerns, the Cincinnati Bengals have stayed surprisingly healthy, which has led them to first place in the NFC North. When asked about the Bengals’ ability to stay healthy, quarterback Joe Burrow attributed the success to the city of Cincinnati Itself.

If you’re a Bengals fan, does this low-key offend you? It can’t, right? Like, deep down you’ve gotta know that your town kinda sucks. It’s when your hot girlfriend tells you that she loves you for your personality, deep down it kinda hurts, but you also knew it was true the whole time.

But Joe’s allowed to say this, he’s an Ohio man himself. Plus, the last place he lived was Baton Rouge as a Heisman winning quarterback, so that’s probably pretty hard to top. I imagine during his time at LSU Joe’s life consisted of football, food, and his pick of any female on the campus, so can you really blame him if he’s a little bored in Cincy?
