Does Consuming THC-O Help You Become a Creative Person?

Written by TrevStone

To make up for the fact that THC is still illegal, chemists have given us three analogs. Delta 8, delta 10, and HHC are more than safe choices for people chasing a much-needed high. All three are regulated and tested for safety. But also, they are delightfully, refreshingly diverse.

For Sativa-like high, you’ve got delta 10. If you enjoy being lulled to slumber by Indica, there’s delta 8. HHC is wonderfully euphoric and shamelessly stronger than both.

Of course, there’s now THC-O as well, providing a THC-less high that’s up to three times more potent. You can try consuming thc syrup 1000mg

If you’ve been looking for a mescaline-like stimulation that unlocks the powers of the universe within a human brain cell but is simultaneously an escapist way to spend a Friday night and a potent enough drug to conceal crippling pain, this is it. Courtesy of enthusiasm and science.

Here’s where we stand with THC-O and its ability to kindle creativity:

What is THC-O?

THC-O is a relatively novel addition to the above-board cannabis market. Because it is technically legal, you can already find it in most online shops. It’s also new, and we still don’t know much about it except how it’s produced and what it feels like, so proceed with caution.

Many of us felt safe using cannabis, knowing it’s completely natural. However, with the 2018 Farm Bill, the field has changed. The authorities made hemp legal because it contains THC in trace amounts, so there’s no psychoactive potency.

That is until chemists found a loophole.

All the deltas, HHC, and THC-O, are made in a lab from hemp CBD. That makes them psychoactive but legal, which is excellent.

In the specific case of THC-O, hemp-derived CBD is first processed into delta-8 and then synthesized into a new cannabinoid officially named THC-O-acetate. To help them transform the gentle delta-8 into the fierce THC-O, manufacturers use acetic anhydride, a highly volatile chemical.

It’s basically alchemy.

What kind of high do you get from THC-O?

THC-O is reportedly more than psychoactive. It’s psychedelic, too.

We know for sure that THC-O is three times more potent than classic delta 9 THC, which would make it almost as powerful as mescaline. It’s euphoric, which is always fun, but it can also be scary if taken in high doses. Yes, we’re talking about consciousness expansion.

Along with a strong body high and feelings of joy, THC-O reportedly produces strong visuals, sensory distortions, and hallucinations as well. However, depending on the dose, it can also fall down to the other side of the spectrum, helping you achieve mindfulness and tranquility.

So let’s underline once again that THC-O is not a joke.

THC-O should be able to reproduce the familiar high of delta 9 THC in smaller amounts, which is a big deal. It’s crucial for medicinal users who need extra high doses of classic THC to deal with chronic pain. In this use case, less is thankfully more.

Can THC-O make you more creative?

From everything we’ve heard about it, it seems safe to conclude that THC-O is pretty effective in letting your mind roam with no limitations. Highly euphoric and hallucinatory substances have always been hailed as powerful sources of ideation and creativity.

If you’ve arrived at the door of perception, THC-O should be able to guide you through.

The electrifying connection between psychedelics and creativity has long been the interest of scientists, but it wasn’t until 2018 that we’ve had any conclusive evidence. While hemp CBD was being legalized, scientists from Imperial College London were finishing up a study.

According to their research, which other studies have backed up, psychedelics such as LSD, DMT, and some mushrooms boost creative thinking. They do so by uninhibited “imagination, aesthetic appreciation, and nonconformity,” the qualities that together contribute to “openness.”

A proof that the Blake metaphor stands for THC-O as well.

In conclusion

There is no way to know where a classic THC and CBD mix will get you. The effects of black-market marijuana depend on so many factors – they easily range from tingly sensations in one batch to powerful spiritual realizations in another. You take what you have and hope for the best.

However, these deltas and their many variants have given us the gift of choice. If “openness” is what you seek, you’ll probably be able to find it with THC-O.

Whatever you’re looking for, we must remind you that there’s no rush with substances like this one.
