The Dallas Cowboys fell to 6-3 on the season following a 31-28 overtime loss to the Green Bay Packers.
The Cowboys carried a 28-14 lead into the fourth quarter. Their supposedly elite defense squandered away that lead and then Head Coach Mike McCarthy didn’t help his cause by turning down the opportunity to kick a go-ahead field goal in overtime.
The Cowboys went for it on 4th-and-3 as a Dak Prescott pass to Tony Pollard fell incomplete. The Packers got the ball and drove it down the field and Mason Crosby kicked a game winning 28-yard field goal.

Following the game, ex-Cowboys WR Dez Bryant took to Twitter and went off on Mike McCarthy’s decision.
“WHY WE DID NOT KICK THE DAMN FIELD GOAL… this is not real life,” Bryant tweeted.
