Move over Donovan McNabb, we have another sports athlete who is hurling himself up in the game.

In the fifth inning of a lopsided game against division rival Chicago White Sox, Detroit Tigers relief pitcher Beau Burrows was seen on camera throwing up on the mound. Literally.

At the time this happened, Detroit was down 10-2 to the White Sox, and you can see something was wrong by the expressions on his face before vomiting.

Per tweet by Tigers beat reporter Evan Woodbury, it is a belief that Burrows’s illness could have resulted from the heat or from a prior illness. The high temperature in Detroit reached to 84 degrees today with a humidity levels of 71%.

Not trying to shed light or make fun of the situation, but that was probably the reaction of the Tigers fans when they seen today’s final score. But in all seriousness, hope he is okay, and it isn’t anything bad.

The Tigers went on to lose to Chicago, 15-2.
