The Detroit Lions have found who’ll be running ball besides Kerryon Johnson, and it is C.J Anderson who they signed to a one year deal. He’ll play the role that LeGarrette Blount failed to play last season for Detroit and he is a more elusive back than Blount. This is a big move for Detroit and will help the backfield a ton and is a HUGE upgrade.

Anderson signed with the Rams last season in Week 16 after Todd Gurley suffered a knee injury and missed the last two games of the season. In two regular season games, Anderson rushed for 299 yards and two touchdowns. And 123 yards against the Cowboys in the divisional round of the playoffs.

Between the Panthers and Rams last season, Anderson finished with 403 yards on 67 carries, finding the end zone twice. He also added five catches for 41 yards and a touchdown.

In 2017 with the Denver Broncos Anderson finished with 1007 yards and 3 touchdowns.

The duo of Kerryon, Anderson? That’s going to be huge and to have Zenner/Theo? I wonder if Detroit is going to draft a running back as well. Could Theo be on the move? I could see it happen.
