Detroit Lions GM Brad Holmes has been turning heads since the moment he walked into Detroit and I can only tell him ‘Thank You’ seeing I’m a diehard Lions fan.

But today Detroit made another move signing C.J Gardner-Johnson who was listed by most as the best unsigned free agent. He agreed to a one-year deal worth 8 million dollars with 6.5M fully guaranteed at signing.
I can’t tell you how happy I am with the moves he’s made to address issues with the team – the draft is in the future and with the picks that Detroit holds – success is here. And that is something we haven’t been able to say about Detroit for years.
A fourth-round pick by the Saints in 2019, he has 11 interceptions, 36 passes defended and 20 tackles for loss over four seasons.
Think about the Lions secondary a couple of years ago.
