Deshaun Watson Could Be On The Move Very Soon

Written by Seth Lockard

The Houston Texans have a big decision to make about Deshaun Watson with the NFL trade deadline coming up. The NFL trade deadline date is Nov. 2 and the Texans look like they want to move him by then because if they don’t they will be stuck with him until March.

Watson has been a healthy inactive for all of the games so far this season for the Texans after 22 women filed lawsuits alleging sexual assault or harassment.

Many people wondered if Watson would ever step on the field for the Texans ever again. If he was going to play for the Texans this year, it would have likely happened after Tyrod Taylor went out with a rib injury but the Texans went with rookie David Mills instead and pretty much sealed the fate of Watson being apart of this team.

The owner of the Houston Texans Cal McNair has been very quiet about the situation until recently he spoke about Watson possibly being traded and for the situation being “day-to-day.”

Interesting enough, he did not shut down the rumors when he could have. It does look like Watson could be on the move very soon with the trade deadline coming up.

I am looking at the Dolphins to continue to be in the lead for Watson but the Saints look to make their move as well at the star quarterback.
