Denver Broncos WR Tim Patrick suffered what appeared to be serious injury to his left leg, as per NFL Media.

Patrick was injured in a non-contact seven-on-seven drill. According to reports, he he tossed his helmet and screamed, before being carted off the field.

NFL Media reported that Patrick walked into the facility on crutches. He was coming back from missed all of last season with a torn ACL.

This is bad news for the Broncos, as Patrick was working his way back from last year’s injury. The Broncos have not yet revealed what the injury is.

Broncos Head Coach Sean Payton did say that he fears Patrick suffered an Achilles injury. The injured leg leg is not the one in which Patrick suffered a season-ending ACL tear a year ago.

In 2022, Patrick had 53 catches for 734 yards and 5 touchdowns. He 51 catches for 742 yards and 6 touchdowns in 2021.

Patrick was projected to be a starter for the upcoming 2023 season.
