Defensive back Josh Jobe moving up the Eagles depth chart

Written by Tony Ghaul

Josh Jobe is a undrafted rookie free agent out of Alabama. He was a two year starter for the Crimson Tide. Jobe was projected to be 4th round draft pick, but went undrafted due to injuries that caused him to miss a few games last year.

He has been impressing during training camp. I thought that he played well in the preseason opener. Jobe was a player who caught my eye during the game. I remember watching him play in big games for Alabama.

Starting CB James Bradberry was injured in practice and Jobe went in to take his place. He is inching up the depth chart and has a shot at making the team. Jobe is a player to keep an eye on in Sunday’s preaseson game against the Browns.
