Sitting at a 6-1 record with a huge matchup on Thursday Night Football coming, the Green Bay Packers and their All-Pro quarterback Aaron Rodgers will be without a key weapon for their offense.
All-Pro wide receiver Davante Adams has been placed on the COVID-19/Reserve List is likely out for Thursday’s road game against the Arizona Cardinals.
As their clear cut WR1, Adams currently has 52 catches for 744 receiving yards and three touchdowns. He was on his pace to copy his 2020 stats that saw him catching 115 passes for 1,347 yards and 18 scores.
With Adams likely out, Rodgers and the Packers will look towards getting receiving production from their other targets in wide receivers Allen Lazard and Malik Taylor and tight ends Robert Tonyan and Marcedes Lewis.
Running backs Aaron Jones, AJ Dillon and Kylin Hill will also be in the fold for the Green Bay offense.
