Across multiple posts on Twitter, Danish player Christian Eriksen was seen staggering for a few steps, and then fell on the turf.
The medical personnel at the game attempted to revive Eriksen and it was successful as he was shown taken away on a stretcher alert and stable.
As Eriksen was transferred into a local hospital, tributes were pouring in on social media as they wish him a full recovery from his incident.
The Denmark-Finland Euro match is currently suspended in wake of the on-field medical emergency to Eriksen.
