Dallas Cowboys Acquire Often Traded Wide Receiver To Add To Their Circus

Written by Tony Ghaul

The Cowboys had been linked to free agent WR Odell Beckham Jr. at times last year and during the offseason, but have added often traded WR Brandin Cooks.

Cooks a 2013 first-round pick has been traded for the fourth time in his career. The Texans sent him to the Cowboys for a 2023 fifth-round pick and a 2024 sixth-round pick.

The move comes a year after the Cowboys traded receiver Amari Cooper instead of paying him $20 million. The trade was a colossal mistake.

Last year, Cooks caught 57 passes for 699 yards and three touchdowns, while demanding to be traded and complaining about it, when it did not happen.

Cooks will be the newest member of Jerry Jones, circus. Another overrated and over-hyped performer for the clown show
