If you own a PC or Xbox One, you may have come across a game called Cuphead. Produced by Studio MDHR, it stylishly blends the run and gun tactics of classic games like Gunstar Heroes with a unique 1930’s style animation and soundtrack. Oh, and it’s tough as hell.

And now it’s headed to another platform! As part of today’s Nintendo Indie announcements, the developer confirmed that the game would be coming to Nintendo Switch. Furthermore, you won’t have to wait too long for it.

The game is set to arrive on April 18, going for a paltry $19.99. It’ll feature two-player co-op support (welcome in a tough game such as this), as well as all its fun visuals and soundtrack, but this time with on-the-go support.

What’s more, Studio MDHR has also confirmed that the game will get a physical edition down the road. Though it didn’t note what would come with it, we’re likely to get a few goodies, just for those Cuphead fans that can’t get enough of their favorite franchise.

If you’ve played this game, this sounds like a good opportunity to jump back in and enjoy it all over again. But if you haven’t, you’re in for a treat that stands out as one of the best indie games on the Nintendo platform.

Oh, and it will have online support. And it’ll be through Xbox Live, since the game initially released on Xbox One. This could indicate a partnership with Microsoft and Nintendo down the road, something that’s been hinted at over the past few months.

But, yes, bring on Cuphead!
