Cowboys CB Trevon Diggs Out For Season With Torn ACL

Dallas Cowboys CB Trevon Diggs tears ACL in practice and will miss remainder of the 2023 season, as per The Dallas Morning News.

Diggs was injured during a one-on-one session in practice on Thursday, and was seen on crutches afterward. NFL Media reported that an MRI confirmed Diggs tore his ACL and miss the rest of the 2023 season.

Diggs is a two-time Pro Bowl CB. He led the NFL in Interceptions with 11 in 2021. In two games this season, Diggs has three passes defended, a forced fumble and an interception.

The Cowboys signed Diggs to a five-year, $97 million extension this past offseason.
