Corey Perry, Anton Khudobin Hit Free Agency

The Dallas Stars went to the Stanley Cup Final and lost in six to a Nikita Kucherov-led Tampa Bay Lightning. Now, they may lose their two biggest playoff forces.

Perry, who has played one season with the Stars after a long career with the Anaheim Ducks, is still a rock solid player at 35. The forward only scored 21 points in 2020, but performed really strong in the playoffs. He scored five total goals with four assists in the bubble.

Anton Khudobin had a breakout postseason. Khudobin, 34, is a journeyman that’s been primarily a backup in his career until he carried the Dallas Stars to the Stanley Cup Finals following an injury to goaltender Ben Bishop.
