Conor McGregor is making headlines again for his bizarre comments regarding the latest Covid-19 variant and vaccines. McGregor is “notorious,” pun intended, for firing off tweets and then deleting them.
McGregor has been highly critical of the success rate of the covid-19 vaccinations and has also previously fired off a series of tweets criticizing the Irish government and its politicians for their lack of preparedness and questioning the way in which they’ve handled the pandemic.
Earlier this month, McGregor went as far as saying he was “ashamed of his nation and government.” Ireland has experienced strict pandemic rules that have taken a toll on its hospitality industry.
McGregor tweeted, “The coronavirus vaccines have not worked to stop this whatsoever. More vaccinated than ever. More cases than ever.”
