Cody Rhodes, one of the founders of AEW, leaves the company and might be headed back to the WWE

Three years ago, Cody Rhodes was one of the leading founders of AEW, known as All Elite Wrestling.

Three years later, Rhodes, and his wife Brandi Rhodes, have now departed from the company.

With Rhodes leaving AEW, he’s expected to rejoin WWE, the same company he left and wanted to compete against with the forming and founding of AEW.

With Wrestlemania a little less than two months away, it makes sense that WWE would want to use one of the main stars of its rival company and put him in storylines that set up for their biggest event of the year.
