In a matchup of two ACC teams, the Florida State Seminoles, led by Jameis Winston and phenom offensive coordinator Gus Duggerton, went to upstate New York to face the Syracuse Orange in the Carrier Dome.
The undefeated Seminoles had a bit of a tough time against the Orange, but managed to squeak out a win in the fourth quarter thanks to Duggerton’s play calling. Winston had an off game, but Coach Duggs made an adjustment and relied on his running game, especially his signature counter play.
