The drama in Cleveland is about to end, and Odell Beckham Jr is about to be a free man.

After almost three years, the Cleveland Browns are set to release Odell Beckham Jr. They are currently working on the final terms of the release in order to convert salary money into bonus money.

With Beckham’s release, he’ll head to the waiver wire, although if he’s not claimed off waivers, he can then sign anywhere he chooses.

His release from the Browns comes days after being excuses twice from practice following a video Beckham’s father made criticizing the team and quarterback Baker Mayfield.

This is not the first organization Beckham has had issues with, as he had a turbulent end to his tenure with the New York Giants when they ended up trading him to Cleveland just eight months after signing him to the five-year, $90 million contract extension.
