Chicago Bears to interview ex-Eagles HC Doug Pederson for head coaching vacancy

Doug Pederson is trying to get another opportunity at coaching again in the NFL.

The Chicago Bears will interview Pederson for their head coaching vacancy.

Pederson already interviewed with the Jacksonville Jaguars for their vacancy at head coach.

The 53-year-old Pederson went 42-37 in his five seasons as the Eagles head coach and won the Eagles only Super Bowl in the franchise history back in 2017.

A power struggle and friction between Pederson and Howie Roseman resulted in Pederson being fired after the 2020 season, his only losing year in Philadelphia.

Chicago is looking for their next head coach after dismissing Matt Nagy after four seasons.
