Honestly. The headline is blunt but it’s the damn truth. Can the Detroit Lions come out against Jacksonville and just fucking win?

Matthew Stafford is 2-0 against Jacksonville and has never thrown a touchdown against them. It’s the only team in his career he didn’t throw a touchdown against. Tomorrow is the day. It’s the most important game of Matt Patricia’s career. More important than the Super Bowl. You lose this games and you lose the entire fanbase.

Tomorrow has to be the day.

If Detroit wants an opportunity at the postseason than the next couple of weeks are key – they’ve got winnable games.

In a division with a red hot Green Bay Packers and Chicago Bears playing good football this season already seems out of reach for Detroit. But then again… Any game is winnable. But as a Lions fan… every game is more than likely a loss.

If we don’t just fucking win tomorrow than Detroit football is nothing but a loss cause this year. Can’t lose to a 1-4 Jacksonville team that isn’t playing good football. They just lost by two touchdowns to Houston last week.

I wouldn’t be shocked if Gardner Minshew has a career game – Detroit defense is soft. SOFT. And it makes me disappointed. I miss the days of Ndamukong Suh making sure that defensive line in Detroit was ready!
