Buccaneers Suffer Major Loss; Tom Brady Suspension Timeline Explained

Written by Chris Powers

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are suffering some massive loses due to suspensions from the NFL. Several of the Buccaneers starters are expected to miss three games including Antonio Brown, Mike Edwards and John Franklin for violating NFL COVID protocol.

If anyone can help these guys get through their suspension, it’s Buccaneers starting quarterback and future hall of famer, Tom Brady. Back in 2015, Brady served a four game suspension during the “Deflategate” controversy.

On May 11th 2015, the NFL announced that Tom Brady was suspended without pay for four games of the 2015/16 season for his involvement, based on “substantial and credible evidence” that Brady knew Patriots employees were deflating footballs and that he failed to cooperate with investigators.

Brady can certainly impart some wisdom on his teammates can cope with their suspensions.
