Philadelphia Phillies Manager Rob Thomson said on the 94.1 WIP Morning Show that Bryce Harper will start at first base again tonight.

This will be the first that Harper has started back-to-back games at first base, since he was cleared to play the field.

Harper has been very impressive defensively at his new position. He has started 3 games at first base and has committed no errors.

Harper even made a highlight reel play in his first start there. He caught a pop fly in foul territory in Cleveland that gave the Phillies and their fans a bit of a scare.

Harper belted his fifth homer of the season and got the bottom of the ninth inning rally started with a single, scoring later on Bryson Scott’s double. The Phillies defeated the Baltimore Orioles 4-3.
