Boston Red Sox

Lucky blog number 7 comes with a side of WORLD CHAMPIONS!!! The Red Sox take home the World Series against the Dodgers with a score of 5-1 and boy was it a freaking game! The Sox start off STRONG with Steve Pearce leading off with a two-run homer in the top of the first.

Eventually, Pearce is crowned MVP and honestly, he deserves it with what he has accomplished the last few games in this series (yeah congrats Mookie for finally getting a good hit, but he was no MVP of this series, the season yeah, but the World Series, absolutely not).

Now comes down to the pitchers of tonight’s game. David Price went off, absolute beast, ruthless and I love it. Pitched 7 and a half innings (thought he was gonna make till 6). Only letting up one run and still pitching that many strike outs, though t he was gassed out, but I guess not he still had those reserves to use!

Finally, with Joey Kelly and Chris Sale to end it was amazing. They were taunting the batters, “Yeah, I’ll throw you some good pitches, but then I’ll just strike you out!” is what Kelly and Sale were thinking to themselves.

Overall, whatta great World Series, I called it that it was gonna be done in five (humble brag) now let’s pop some GD bottles and get our parade on! 🍾🍾🍾
