BREAKING: Police Declare Brian Laundrie’s Home A “Crime Scene” As FBI Enters Home To Search For Evidence In Gabby Petito Case!

Earlier today, the FBI announced a “search warrant” and removed both Roberta and Chris Laundrie from their home so they could search the premises. Thus far, no additional evidence or findings have been announced to the general public to help locate the Laundrie’s missing son and person of interest, Brian Laundrie. The search also continues for Brian Laundrie throughout the North Port, FL area as well as a local nature preserve where he is presumed to be hiking.

The FBI, in a tweet, says it “is executing a court-authorized search warrant today at the Laundrie residence in North Port, FL relevant to the Gabrielle ‘Gabby’ Petito investigation.”

“No further details can be provided since this is an active and ongoing investigation,” the FBI added.

Steven Bertolino, the attorney for Gabby Petito’s fiancé, Brian Laundrie, tells Fox News’ Stephanie Pagones Monday that he has “no comment” regarding the current situation unfolding at the Laundrie home in North Port, Fla.

A body was in fact found on Sunday at Grand Teton National Park in Wyoming and presumed to be Gabby Petito’s remains. Local authorities were very specific in saying that the full forensics have not been completed and it is not absolutely certain that the remains are Petito’s.
