During the episode of Dr Phil that the Petito family appeared on, family spokesperson Richard Stafford explained what Brian Laundrie did after stealing Gabby Petito’s credit card. We know that Laundrie stole Gabby’s credit card last week, but it was not discussed what exactly he did with it.
According to Stafford, Laundrie used the creditcard to cover his expenses to drive back to his home in North Port, Florida. Then he used the card to help evade authorities when he arrived home.
He used her credit card to get home and then ran from the police,” Stafford alleged on the show. “That’s going to show a lot what he was thinking back then.”
