The Chicago Bears have struggled on offense to begin the 2023 season and one of the reasons main is the play of QB Justin Fields.
A rumor has surfaced this week about Fields possibly being benched.
Last week before the game against the Kansas City Chiefs, Fields claimed that he had been feeling “robotic” in his game this season, leading to struggles on the field, partially blaming the coaching for his struggles.
Fields played poorly in the Bears week 3 game against the Chiefs. He threw for 99 yards on 11-for-22 passing in the 41-10 loss.
If Fields struggles against the 0-3 Denver Broncos, who’s defense allowed 70 points last week to the Miami Dolphins, the Bears may bench him. This situation is worth monitoring.
