The past few weeks has been an absolute madness when it comes to quarterback drama in the NFL.

First and foremost, the Washington Commanders make a trade with the Indianapolis Colts that sends Carson Wentz to DC. After years of expressing his displeasure with Green Bay’s front brass, Aaron Rodgers signs a massive contract that will keep him with the Packers for the next four years.

From there, how could we forget when Tom Brady announced that he is now coming out of retirement and will now aim for an 8th Super Bowl in his final contract year with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

While Brady’s news was certainly a huge, another major news story hit social media just hours later. In one of the biggest blockbuster trades in NFL history, Russell Wilson was traded to the Denver Broncos.

If that wasn’t enough, a week later DeShaun Watson became a free man as was announced that all criminal charges against him were dropped. As we all know, Watson ended up signing with the Cleveland Browns.

The following week, it was announced that the Atlanta Falcons then traded longtime veteran quarterback Matt Ryan was being traded to the Indianapolis Colts.

Going back to the Cleveland Browns, one has to wonder what is going to happen to Baker Mayfield. The Carolina Panthers are apparently more interested in signing a quarterback in the first round of the NFL Draft. The New Orleans Saints recently signed a new contract with Jameis Winston. So where exactly will he end up? It’s very hard to tell.

Baker did spend some time recently in the greater Miami area back in February visiting a local soccer team. He was even given a hard time by Browns fans for not wearing a sling despite recovering from shoulder surgery.

Is it possible Mayfield could end up in Miami with the Dolphins? It’s a possibility since they were considering bringing Tom Brady on. With that said, it seems like Tua Tagovailoa job as quarterback with the Dolphins is safe for now. There has been no discussion from the Dolphins publicly about trading Tua.
