A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Los Angeles Chargers CB J.C. Jackson for violating his probation, as per Mass Live Boston.
Jackson was supposed to appear in court for a probation violation hearing last Friday stemming from a 2021 arrest for criminal speeding.
Jackson was inactive for the Chargers game against the Minnesota Vikings yesterday. He signed a five-year, $82.5 million deal with the Chargers in May 2022.
The 27 year-old Jackson his first four NFL seasons with the New England Patriots. He was a Pro Bowler and All-Pro in 2021.
Jackson failed to complete the “Brains At Risk” program he was ordered to take and also did not pay a $300 fine. The warrant was issued after Jackson failed to appear in court last week.
