The 2022 NFL season is right around the corner, so a lot of us are already thinking about our FFB Teams. Let’s take a look at who I think are the Top 3 best Tight Ends are to draft!

  1. Travis Kelce – In 2021, Kelce had 92 receptions, 1,125 receiving yards, 9 TD’s. Kelce has easily been Patrick Mahomes’ favorite target, over the past few years, so it’s no surprise that Kelce has the stats that he has. Kelce seems to always be open to receive as many receptions as he can catch. With Hill going to Miami, I wouldn’t be surprised if Kelce has over 100 receptions in 2022. In 2021, Kelce had 170 FFB Points. My prediction for 2022 will be 210 FFB Points.
  2. Kyle Pitts – In 2021, Pitts had 68 receptions, 1,026 receiving yards, 1 TD. Now, some people might questions this, but with the Falcons losing Ridley for the 2022 season, you better believe that Pitts will see even more action. He’s coming into his second year in the NFL, but his first year was pretty decent. More touchdowns will be key and he should definitely get more touchdown chances. In 2021, Pitts had 108 FFB Points. My prediction for 2022 will be 175 FFB Points.
  3. Dalton Schultz – In 2021, Schultz had 78 receptions, 808 yards receiving, 8 TD’s. When the Cowboys dealt Cooper to Cleveland, you better believe that Schultz is going to see even more action, in the passing game for Dallas. Last year, Schultz proved to be a favorite target of Prescott, so plan on even more of the same, as we head into the 2022 NFL season. He’s also due for a new contract, so I’m sure he’ll be looking to get a lot more involved. In 2021, Schultz had 130 FFB Points. My prediction for 2022 will be 165 FFB Points.

The Tight End position can be hit or miss, but if you are lucky enough to draft one of these Tight Ends, then you may just help your chances to be the king of your Fantasy Football League!
