Here is something that shouldn’t surprise anyone. A player of color calling Boston Celtics fans a whole bunch of racists. Now obviously we CANNOT bunch every fan of the team into this category but I mean, Iggy was just calling a spade a spade.
Throughout the many years of my sports fandom it has been a well known/documented occurrence.
I mean can we really take what Iggy said as just a rumor or some stretch of the truth? I always say where there’s smoke, there’s fire.
I mean do I know if they were being racist assholes in the moment???
Absolutely not, however, if history repeats itself (it does) then I have to take the word of Andre Iguodala here.
