It’s looking like the Dallas Cowboys are gonna have to choose between wide receivers Amari Cooper and Michael Gallup going forward, and it seems like they’re gonna go with Gallup. Is this the right choice?
Personally, I really don’t like this decision. Throughout Dak’s career, he’s always played his best football when Cooper’s on the field and opposing defenses have to show way more attention to a guy like Cooper than they do Gallup. Gallup might have more highlight potential, but at the end of the day, Cooper just leads to more wins.
But if this move is stressing you out, don’t worry, it really doesn’t matter in the grand scheme of things. At the end of the day, they were never gonna win anything. They could swap out Cooper for a prime Jerry Rice, and it still wouldn’t matter. This team is just destined for losing, and for heartbreak, and failure, no matter who is on the field. So whether it’s Cooper or Gallup, we’re still never gonna see an NFC championship game.
