Disney absolutely FED us last night with new content announcements during their Investor Day event. LucasFilms came out strong announcing their upcoming slate of Star Wars projects, but Marvel followed even stronger!
Here are the upcoming projects announced by Kevin Feige and Marvel:
Movies
Black Widow: The next upcoming Marvel movie supposed to have been released earlier this year, but releasing May 7, 2021.

Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings: Releasing July 9, 2021. A martial arts world featuring Simi Liu’s Shang-Chi and his father The Mandarin.

Eternals: Set to release November 5, 2021. Starring Angelina Jolie, Gemma Chan, Richard Madden, Salma Hayek, Don Lee, Barry Keoghan, Lauren Ridloff, Kumail Nanjiani, Brian Tyree Henry, and Lia McHugh.

Spider-Man 3: Releasing December 17, 2021. Not much at all was announced during the Investor Day event about Spider-Man 3 except that it has “never been done before on film.” It’s said to be the MCU’s version of a live action Spider-Verse. There’s been many rumors surrounding this movie like that Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield will be back joined by Kirsten Dunst’s Mary Jane Watson and Emma Stone’s Gwen Stacy. There’s also rumors of Charlie Cox reprising his role of Daredevil, Jamie Foxx reprising his role as Electro, and Alfred Molina reprising his role as Doctor Octopus.

Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness: Releasing March 25, 2022. Takes place following the series WandaVision and will tie into the next Spider-Man movie.

Thor: Love and Thunder: Releasing May 6, 2022. Christian Bale will join the cast as the villain Gorr the God Butcher. Natalie Portman is returning to her role. The Guardians of the Galaxy will reportedly be in the movie as well.

Black Panther 2: Releasing on July 8, 2022, written and directed by Ryan Coogler, director of the first Black Panther. T’Challa will not be recast in honor of Chadwick Boseman. The movie will further “explore the world of Wakanda.”

Captain Marvel 2: Releasing November 11, 2022. Starring Brie Larson as Captain Marvel and Iman Vellani as Ms. Marvel, following her Disney+ show. Teyonnah Parris will also appear as a grown Monica Rambeau.

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3: James Gunn returns to write and direct the film. Set to release in late 2023

Fantastic Four: Not many details were announced with this project other than that it’s directed by Jon Watts, who directed the two Spider-Man films in the MCU.
Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania: The third installment of Ant-Man. Paul Rudd, Evangeline Lilly, Michael Douglas, and Michelle Pfeiffer all reprising their roles. They will be joined by Kathryn Newton as Cassie Lang and Jonathan Majors as Kang the Conqueror.

Blade: Kevin Feige says a Blade reboot starring Mahershala Ali is “coming together” and promises more updates “very, very soon.” No release date announced yet.
