Kansas City Chiefs WR JuJu Smith-Schuster posted a virtual Valentine’s Day card to his Twitter account on Tuesday, poking fun at Philadelphia Eagles CB James Bradberry on the controversial holding call during Super Bowl LVII.
Philadelphia Eagles WR A.J. Brown fired back on Twitter a few minutes later, jumping to defend his Eagles teammate.
In addition to lambasting Smith-Schuster’s Twitter post, Brown said that Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes had resurrected Smith-Schuster’s career.
Smith-Schuster’s Twitter trolling may have been in good fun, but Brown made clear that the antics weren’t appreciated by the Eagles.
Smith-Schuster is a big mouth. He talks a lot bigger than his game is. His attack on Bradberry is in very poor taste.
